Go in pairs. Either 4 or 8gb of ram. I commend 8gb of ram though

well.....RAM is basically impermanent memory for your Processor , It takes data from your hard disk and give it to processor for process...
you gonna need lowest 4 GB DDR 4(or 5)....
may be put one 4 GB DDR RAM in one slot and 2 GB in other

Is your system dual path instead of tri channel? If so, then you should buy matched pairs of memory. If you are not overclocking (otherwise you would use 2600K), then I think you should get a DDR3 1333 MHZ memory kit with 2 x 4 GB or 3 x 2 GB if
